Hi, I’m Emma, the person behind Shifts Primed. I’ve worked in disability and community services for 15 years, including as a support worker, and I’m still working in the field today.

Through my work, I see how missing details and invoice errors can lead to queries, rejections and delayed payments. I created Shifts Primed to help independent support workers feel more confident with the paperwork behind their work, with practical guides, templates and an Invoice Checker to help spot common mistakes before sending.
